Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a modern printing technique that transfers your design from a specialized film directly onto fabric using heat and pressure. The process is fast—typically 12-15 seconds per garment—and works seamlessly across cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, and other common apparel materials.

A DTF gang sheet is a single, large sheet of transfer film that has multiple different designs (logos, graphics, text, etc.) arranged and printed together, maximizing space to reduce costs and improve efficiency for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing on apparel. Instead of printing each design separately, users "gang up" multiple images onto one sheet, which is then cut apart after printing for individual heat pressing onto garments like t-shirts, hats, or bags, making it ideal for businesses and bulk orders.

We recommend vector files (.AI, .PDF) for best results. If submitting raster images, please ensure they're at least 300 dpi. We also accept .JPG and .PNG formats.
We do not accept returns, as everything is custom to order. If we have made a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and submit by email your photos of the mistake. We will review and reply back to you with our findings. We will not reprint because of a poor-quality file, low resolution artwork, artwork with backgrounds or the final product that you are pressing onto. When we have decided on a reprint, we will reprint all or part of your order and ship to you within 1-2 business days.
We offer the full UPS shipping options. UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day AM. Saturday delivery has to be requested. UPS does not pick up or deliver to business addresses on weekends. Need it quick? Jump to the front of the line with our RUSH order service.
