Flocking is a garment decoration technique where fine fibers (called flock) are electrostatically applied to adhesive-coated areas of a garment to create a soft, velvet-like texture. The flock fibers stand up vertically and are permanently bonded to the surface, giving your design a raised, dimensional finish that looks and feels like suede or velvet.
