File Setup Requirements
For fastest turnaround, submit artwork correctly the first time. General guidelines for all large format products:
- File Format: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Space: CMYK only — no Pantone or RGB
- Resolution: 150 DPI at full size (adequate for large format)
- Max File Size: 300MB upload
- Fonts: Convert all live fonts to outlines before saving
- Bleeds: Do not include crop marks or bleeds — submit at exact ordered size
