Debossing is the technique where your logo is pressed into the fabric, creating a permanent recessed design with clean, bold lines. It's a subtle, premium finish often used for a more understated branded look.
Debossing uses heat and a custom metal mold to press your logo into the garment. This method is often not suitable for use with puff.
The molds can be made in various sizes (X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and Jumbo). The cost of the mold is determined by the desired size and the intricacy of the logo design.
Fabrics
Debossing can be performed on a wide variety of fabrics. The best results are achieved with thicker fabrics such as fleece hoodies, sweatshirts and sweatpants.
