What Is DTG Printing?

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is exactly what it sounds like — a high-resolution inkjet printer that shoots ink directly into the fibers of your garment. No heat transfers. No vinyl. No screen setup fees. The ink bonds at the fiber level, giving you prints that flex with the fabric, survive the wash, and look crisp from day one to year three.

How It Works

1. Upload Your Art. Send us your design — 300 DPI PNG with transparent background. Our team preps the file and sends a digital proof for your approval.

2. Pre-Treatment. For dark garments, we apply a pre-treatment solution that helps ink bond to the fibers and prevents bleeding.

3. Print. Your garment loads flat onto the platen. The print head deposits water-based inks at up to 1440 DPI in a single pass.

4. Heat Cure. The garment passes through a conveyor dryer to cure the inks, lock in colors, and set the soft hand feel.

5. QC and Ship. Every piece is inspected, folded, packaged, and shipped to your door — typically within 2 business days.
