Embossing & Debossing

HOW IT WORKS

1.Technique Selection

Determine which technique is best for your project.

  • EMBOSSING is a process that creates a raised image on paper or other materials
  • DEBOSSING is the process which involves pressing a design into a material, by a two-part metal die plate that creates a recessed design on the surface. This method is often not suitable for use with puff.

 CUSTOM MOLDS

Debossing and Embossing - Web

Embossing and Debossing use heat and custom metal molds to imprint a logo onto a garment. This creates a permanent raised (Embossing) or recessed (Debossing) design, with clean, bold lines.

The molds can be made in various sizes (X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and Jumbo).  The cost of the mold is determined by the desired size of the mold and the intracity of the logo design..
