Here's everything you need to know before you upload — it takes 2 minutes and saves a lot of back-and-forth. 🖼️ File Format PNG with transparent background is ideal for DTF and rhinestones. Vectors (AI, SVG, EPS) are best for embroidery and screen print. ✓ PNG · SVG · AI · PDF ✗ JPG (no transparency) 🔍 Resolution 300 DPI minimum at print size. Upscaling a low-res file will result in blurry prints — always start with the highest resolution version. ✓ 300 DPI or higher ✗ 72 DPI screen resolution 🎨 Color Mode Use RGB color mode for DTF and sublimation. Screen print and embroidery can use CMYK or Pantone spot colors for exact color matching. ✓ RGB for DTF · Sublimation ✓ CMYK / PMS for Screen Print ✂️ Background Remove the white background before uploading for DTF and rhinestones — it will print as white ink on your garment. Transparent PNG is key. ✓ Transparent background ✗ White background (will print) 📏 Artwork Size Create your file at the actual print size or larger. For a 10" wide print, your file should be at least 3000px wide at 300 DPI. ✓ Actual print size or larger ✗ Smaller than intended print 🔤 Fonts & Text Outline all fonts before saving to prevent font substitution. In Illustrator: Type → Create Outlines. In Photoshop: Flatten or rasterize text layers. ✓ Fonts outlined / rasterized ✗ Live editable text 🧵 Embroidery: Don't have a DST file? That's normal. Most customers don't have a DST embroidery file — and that's completely fine. Upload your PNG, JPG or vector and we digitize it for you, usually same day. Use a ruler to center it. 🔥 3 Press Press at 305°F with medium pressure for 10–15 seconds. Do not slide the press. 🤚 4 Peel Peel the carrier film while warm or let cool completely — check your transfer type. ✅ 5 Repress Place parchment paper over the design and repress for 5 seconds for maximum bond.
